Refund policy

Online Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from date the buyer receives merchandise. If 30 days have passed from the date you received purchased merchandise, no refunds will be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item and original packaging must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. We will also notify you if a refund is rejected due to merchandise being returned in unacceptable order.

For approved refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days of refund approval.

Late or missing refunds
 
Contact your credit card company. Credits usually occur in 2-10 days depending upon your institution.  

Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges for TrendyDogMom.com orders.

Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
